RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

Welcome to our recreational gymnastics classes for girls and boys aged 4 1/2 to 16.

Each 45-minute session is led by qualified coaches and dedicated trainee coaches/unteers, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Our coaches are DBS cleared and trained in safeguarding to prioritize your child's well-being.

Participants will enjoy using various apparatus, including Bars, Beam, Floor, Tumble, and Vault, while working towards our medal award scheme.

Through our classes, children will also be assessed for potential placement in competition or development squad groups.
