PRE-SCHOOL GYMNASTICS

Our fully structured pre-school classes are for girls and boys aged 3 - 5 and are 40 minutes in length and run by qualified British Gymnastics coaches.

Activities include a warm up consisting of fun games and stretching before being split into groups and taken on various pieces of our equipment including vault, bars, beam and fun floor stations.

Children will experience jumping, swinging and balance activities in order to improve overall co-ordination, spatial awareness and basic motor skills.

These classes help improve your child's confidence and interaction with others.

Children work towards our pre-school award medal and certificate scheme.
